Our dedicated team ensures that you are well taken care of throughout the process. While your presence at the visa run is required, we handle most of the work for you and with you. Here’s what we offer:
eVisa Application
Based on the information you provide, we will apply for an eVisa on your behalf. However, the visa will not be issued before the visa run. Instead, we use a special expedited process to obtain the visa at the border on the day of the run. This process is seamless for most, but it is not suitable for those with a history of overstaying their visa in Vietnam or violating Vietnamese laws. If this applies to you, please inform us when booking so we can provide the necessary guidance.
Laos Visa Assistance
As part of the border run process, a Laos visa is required and/or stamped to check into the third country. We will assist you with obtaining this visa, either at the border or in advance, to ensure a smooth transition.
Comfortable Travel
We provide luxurious limousine buses designed to make your journey as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Each bus features reclining seats with 70% reclinability, spacious legroom for maximum comfort, and individual USB charging ports at every seat to keep your devices powered throughout the trip. The buses are fully air-conditioned, ensuring a cool and relaxing environment, while our trained and professional drivers guarantee a safe and smooth ride. To add to your convenience, we schedule stops every 90 minutes for bathroom breaks, stretching, or grabbing a quick snack. Traveling with us means experiencing unmatched comfort and convenience that sets our service apart in Vietnam.
Complete Assistance from Start to Finish
Our team will guide and assist you throughout the entire process, ensuring you feel supported every step of the way. While your presence at the visa run is necessary, we take care of most of the work for you. Rest assured, we will be with you at the border, supporting you until you receive your new stamp in your passport. From there, we continue to assist you all the way back, making sure you’re taken care of until you safely get off the bus and head home. Your comfort and peace of mind are our priority from start to finish
Departure Locations and Time
– 6:20 AM from Mad Monkey, Hoi An City (Check out the information of the location the map link here)
– 6:30 AM from An Bàng Intercession, Hoi An City (Check out the information of the location the map link here)
– 7:00 AM from Lynn Visa Office, 14 Mac Cuu, Da Nang. (Check out the information for this location and the map link here)
Trip Schedule:
6:00AM: Breakfast and snacks are available at the Lynn Visa office. Please note that breakfast service will close 10 minutes before departure.
7:00AM: Depart from Lynn Visa office. Ideally, arriving 30 minutes before departure is recommended.
8:30 AM: First stop at a gas station with bathroom facilities and a snack shop.
10:15 AM: Second stop at a supermarket with access to bathrooms and snacks.
12:00 PM: Lunch break at a local restaurant (meals cost around 30,000 VND). Please bring cash.
12:30 PM: Arrival at the Vietnam border. Lynn Visa staff will assist with exit stamps and paperwork.
1:30 PM: Cross into Laos with full support from our team. Laos visa processing happens here.
3:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Return to Vietnam for visa approval and stamping. During this time, passports will be processed for new entry stamps with full support from Lynn Visa team.
After confirming your new stamps, we will leave the border and head to BUN Coffee (Map Link), located right outside the border. Here, we will wait for everyone to regroup before heading home.
On the way back, we will repeat the same stops as in the morning for your convenience. We aim to return to Lynn Visa in Da Nang by 9:30 PM – 10:00 PM.
