This is a reminder that your visa run is scheduled for tomorrow. To ensure a smooth and successful experience, please review the following important information carefully:
I. DEPARTURE LOCATION AND TIME:

⚠️ Important! Please read it carefully.
- This is a self-managed pick-up location. There will be NO Lynn Visa staff at this site. You are responsible for boarding the correct van or car that takes you to the main departure point in Da Nang.
- The bus leaves at exactly 6:30 AM. Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes early. If you have not been picked up by 6:30 AM and we have not received a call from you via our hotline by that time, we will assume that you have missed the trip.
- What To Do If You Miss the Bus:

II. PASSPORT CHECKLIST
Please ensure your passport is ready before leaving your house for tomorrow’s visa run. You will not check in at the Lynn Visa office. Instead, we will check your passport on the bus to ensure a smooth process.
Make sure your passport meets the following requirements:
- It is in good condition (no damage, tears, or missing pages).
- It has at least 6 months of validity remaining.
- There is at least one blank page available for the Laos visa sticker (if required).
- Important! Your Vietnam visa stamp MUST be still valid on the day of the trip. Please check the stamp in your passport one more time. We cannot handle visa overstays at the border, so please double-check this in advance.
III. A PHYSICAL PHOTO REQUIRED FOR LAOS VISA.
For those requiring a Laos visa processed at the border, please bring a physical photo (any small size is acceptable, 2 X 3, 3 X 4 OR 4 X 6). If you do not have a photo, 50,000 VND will be required at the border for the photo service. This is not actually to take a photo at the border but it is just a fee for missing one.
IV. COLD AIR CONDITIONING
Our buses are equipped with strong air-conditioning that keeps the vehicle cool, sometimes very cold. Please bring a light jacket or warm clothes so you can stay comfortable during the ride.
V. LIGHT BREAKFAST AT LYNN VISA OFFICE, DANANG
At our main departure point in Da Nang, we provide a free light breakfast for early arrivals. It includes:
Instant noodles
Bread and eggs
Crackers & coffee
Clients coming from Hoi An may arrive too late for the breakfast, but we still want to let you know that it’s available at no extra charge.
VI. BUS RULE, PLEASE FOLLOW
To ensure a pleasant experience for all passengers, we kindly ask that you follow the rules below:
🚭 Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on the bus.
❌ The use or possession of marijuana or any illegal substances is not allowed under any circumstances.
🧹 Please be respectful of others and help maintain cleanliness on the bus throughout the trip.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the trip without refund.
VII. PAYMENT MESSAGE
You may receive a payment message as a reminder. If you have already completed your payment, you may kindly ignore the message — there is no need for concern.
For those who wish to pay the remaining balance on the bus, we kindly ask that you prepare cash. Please arrange the exact amount in advance to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
