Booking confirmation-EB-Lynn’s border run service

Dear Valued Client,

Thank you for choosing Lynn’s Border Run Service! We’re pleased to confirm your booking for visa renewal via the Lao Bao land border crossing. We genuinely appreciate your trust in us and look forward to offering you a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Service Details:

  • Vietnam New Visa Stamps: Our service will ensure you receive your new Vietnam visa stamps based on your passport and individual circumstances. Depending on your eligibility, you may qualify for a 21-day, 30-day, 45-day, 90-day, or 180-day visa exemption, or in special cases, a 90-day eVisa. We’ve already reviewed your specific details to ensure everything is in order, and you will receive the correct stamp at the border during your border run. Please note that the number of days stamped in your passport will start from the date you re-enter Vietnam, which is the day of the border run.
    • If you’ve obtained a 90-day eVisa on your own, please double-check that all the details on your eVisa match the information in your passport. We’ll gladly assist in reviewing it for you, but please keep in mind that you’ll be responsible for any issues with an eVisa you’ve created yourself.
  • Laos visa or Laos visa exemption
  • Bus Service: Your seat on the bus has been reserved.

Key Notes:

  • This service uses a land border crossing to renew your visa stamp. Please ensure that your visa remains valid until the day of the border run, as you cannot proceed with a border run if your visa has overstayed. It is strongly recommended that you carefully check your visa stamp to confirm its validity and avoid any issues on the day of your border run.
  • Ensure your passport is valid for more than 6 months, has at least 2 blank pages, and is in good physical condition.
  • Punctuality is essential. Please be aware that our buses leave on time. We strongly advise you to double-check your departure location and time and set your alarm correctly to avoid missing the bus. If you do miss the bus, please note that the bus fare is non-refundable
  • All Lynn Visa buses are non smoking, including the use of electronic vapes.

Next step:

  • Pick up location confirmation: Please review the pick-up location options below and confirm your selected pick-up location in the private chat where you made your booking.

5:20 AM from Mad Monkey, Hoi An City (Check out the information of the location the map link here)
5:30 AM from An Bàng Intercession, Hoi An City (Check out the information of the location the map link here)
6:00 AM from Lynn Visa Office, 14 Mac Cuu, Da Nang. (Check out the information for this location and the map link here)

Pre-Trip Preparation:

  • If your nationality requires a Laos visa, we recommend bringing a passport-sized photo ( 3 x 4 or 4 x 6) to avoid an additional charge from Laos immigration. The fee for not having a photo is 50,000 dong. Please note that paying this fee does not include taking a photo—it is simply a charge for processing without one.
  • The air conditioning on the bus is quite strong, so we recommend bringing a jacket or wearing appropriate clothing to ensure a comfortable trip.
  • The bus does not stop for lunch, but we make stops at places where you can access snacks and coffee. After completing the visa/stamp process, you will have some time at the coffee shop indicated in the map link below to grab a quick snack while we regroup before boarding the bus back. We recommend packing a simple lunch if needed.

Visa Run Reminder

  • Please expect the visa run reminder one day prior to the border run.
