This is a friendly reminder regarding your visa run scheduled for tomorrow. Please review the following important details to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience:
Departure Location and Time:
Location: Lynn Visa Office – 14 Mac Cuu street, Ngu Hanh Son district, Danang city.
Time: The bus will leave promptly at 7:00AM. Please arrive a little early, as the bus will depart promptly at the scheduled time.
There’s a parking slot available if you wish to leave your bike at the location.
We will serve a light breakfast, including instant noodles, eggs, and bread. Crackers and coffee will also be available for you to enjoy. If you would like to have breakfast, please arrive early to allow enough time before departure. Breakfast service will close 5 minutes before departure. There is no additional charge for the breakfast.
Passport Requirements:
Ensure your passport is in good condition. It must have over 6 months of validity and a minimum of 2 blank pages for stamps or visa stickers.
Visa Validity:
Your current visa must remain valid through at least tomorrow.
Laos Visa on Arrival:
For those requiring a Laos visa on arrival, please bring a physical photo (any small size is acceptable). If you do not have a photo, 50,000 VND will be required at the border for the photo service.
Weather Conditions:
The bus may be cold due to weather conditions. We recommend bringing a jacket or warm clothing for your comfort.
Smoking Policy:
Please note that all Lynn Visa buses are non-smoking, including the use of electronic vapes.
Payment Reminder:
If you receive a payment message but have already paid, you may safely disregard it.
