III. Understanding Visa Processing Time
Visa processing begins once we receive a clear photo of your exit stamp. Understanding this process will help you plan your trip efficiently, avoid unnecessary costs, and gain clarity on the visa fees and requirements.
- 4-Hour Service: Submit your exit stamp before 8:30 AM → Visa ready by 12:00 PM same day.
- 4-Hour Service (Afternoon): Submit your exit stamp before 1:00 PM → Visa ready by 4:00–5:00 PM.
- 1-Day Service: Visa issued between 4:00–5:00 PM same day.
- 2-Day Service: Exit & send stamp in the morning → Visa ready next day (4:00–5:00 PM).
- 3–4 Day Service: Follows the same pattern.
- Late submissions: If we receive your stamp late in the afternoon, processing starts the next day.
IV. HOW TO BOOK
To proceed with your visa application, please submit the following documents directly in the chat where you make your booking. Kindly note that we do not provide a separate platform for document uploads.
- Passport Photo – A high-quality image capturing all four corners of your passport. Your name, passport number, and expiration date must be clearly visible.
- Recent Passport-Style Photo – No need to visit a studio; simply take a clear selfie with any background. Ensure you are looking straight into the camera, without glasses or a hat. Do not submit a photo of your passport photo—take a new picture of yourself.
- Visa Type – Please indicate whether you require a Single-entry (one-time visit) or Multiple-entry (multiple visits) visa.
- Home Address – Provide your complete residential address, including street name, city, and country.

VI. HOW DOES IT WORK?
- Confirm & Pay – Once you confirm the service and complete the payment, we will begin processing your visa immediately.
- Exit the Country – Upon departure from Vietnam, immigration will issue an exit stamp at the airport or land border.
- Submit a Photo of Your Exit Stamp 📸 – Take a clear photo of the exit stamp, ensuring that two passport pages are visible in the image. Submit the photo to us at the designated time.
- Visa Processing Begins ⏳ – As soon as we receive your exit stamp, we will proceed with processing your visa.
- Receive Your Visa 🎉 – Your e-visa will be ready within the selected processing timeframe and will be sent to you via the same contact method used for booking.
🚨 Important Reminder: The exit stamp is essential for visa processing. To avoid delays, please ensure it is submitted on time.
VII. HOW WILL YOU RECEIVE YOUR VISA?
📩 Your e-visa will be sent to you on the designated date based on your selected processing option via the same contact details you used when booking.
📝 After receiving your e-visa:
Check all the information carefully to ensure accuracy.
You can display the e-visa on your phone or print it to present upon arrival in Vietnam.
Upon entry, immigration will stamp your passport—no additional fee required.
VIII. REFUND POLICY– HONEST INFORMATION, SMOOTH PROCESSING.
In the event that your visa application is rejected by immigration for any reason, a non-refundable fee will apply. Additionally:

If you change your flight schedule to re-enter Vietnam earlier, additional charges will apply.
