We’re excited to have you on board for this hassle-free visa renewal trip. This service allows you to exit Vietnam and return the same day with a new entry stamp.
Key Notes:
- This service uses a special expedited visa process, requiring a clean immigration record. If you have any history of visa overstays or legal issues in Vietnam, let us know immediately to avoid delays.
- Punctuality is essential for a smooth process
- Please note that all Lynn Visa buses are non-smoking, including the use of electronic vapes.
Pick-Up Locations and Times:
– 6:20 AM: Mad Monkey, Hoi An City (Check out the information of the location the map link here)
– 6:30 AM: An Bàng Intercession, Hoi An City (Check out the information of the location the map link here)
– 7:00 AM: Lynn Visa Office, 14 Mac Cuu, Da Nang. (Check out the information for this location and the map link here)
Please confirm your pick-up location via private chat where you booked your visa run.
Pre-Trip Preparation:
- For a smoother experience, we encourage advance payment. This eliminates the need for cash collection on the bus.
- If your nationality requires a Laos visa, we can handle the process for you, whether you choose to obtain it in advance or at the border (except for citizens of India, Russia, Japan, Korea, Switzerland, and ASEAN countries, who do not require it).To process your visa in advance, simply drop off your passport at our office between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, at least two days before the border run, or by 1:00 PM on the day before the run. Alternatively, we can arrange to collect your passport from your location—just let us know the details.
If advance processing isn’t possible, we’ll assist you with obtaining the visa at the border. Please bring a physical passport photo for the Laos visa. If you don’t have one, Laos Immigration can take a photo on-site for 50,000 VND.
- Bring something for entertainment: There will be some waiting time during the visa processing at the border. To make this time more enjoyable, we recommend bringing books, downloaded movies, music playlists, or even a musical instrument. These can help you pass the time pleasantly.

Trip Schedule:
7:00AM: Depart from Lynn Visa office
8:30 AM: First stop at a gas station with bathroom facilities and a snack shop.
10:15 AM: Second stop at a supermarket with access to bathrooms and snacks.
12:00 PM: Lunch break at a local restaurant (meals cost around 30,000 VND). Please bring cash.
12:30 PM: Arrival at the Vietnam border. Lynn Visa staff will assist with exit stamps and paperwork.
1:30 PM: Cross into Laos with full support from our team. Laos visa processing happens here.
3:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Return to Vietnam for visa approval and stamping. During this time, passports will be processed for new entry stamps with full support from Lynn Visa team.
After confirming your new stamps, we will leave the border and head to BUN Coffee (Map Link), located right outside the border. Here, we will wait for everyone to regroup before heading home.
On the way back, we will repeat the same stops as in the morning for your convenience. We aim to return to Lynn Visa in Da Nang by 9:30 PM – 10:00 PM.
