Lynn’s Special Border Run Service

Welcome to Lynn’s Special Border Run Service

We’re excited to have you on board for this hassle-free visa renewal trip. This service allows you to exit Vietnam and return the same day with a new entry stamp — all with the support of our experienced team.

Here’s everything you need to know to prepare for your trip, including pick-up times, visa info, and the full schedule.

I. KEY NOTES

1. Check your visa expiry date:

Make sure your Vietnam visa is still valid on the day of the trip. If your visa is expired, you can’t join the trip, and we won’t be able to help.

2. Special visa process:

This service uses a fast-track (expedited) visa process. If you’ve ever overstayed your visa or had any legal issues in Vietnam, please tell us in advance so we can check if you’re still eligible.

3. Payment advice:

To make the trip smoother, we recommend that you pay the full amount in advance. This helps avoid dealing with cash or payments during the trip.

4. Pickup info:

Please double-check your pickup location and confirm it with us. Be on time — if you’re late, the bus won’t wait!

II. PICK-UP LOCATIONS AND TIMES:

Please confirm your pick-up location in the private chat where you booked the service, if you haven’t done so yet. Once confirmed, please do not change your pick-up location without informing us — doing so may result in missing the bus.

III. PRE-TRIP PREPARATION:

1. Payment on the Trip Day:

If you’re paying on the day of the trip, please bring the exact amount in cash and pay directly to our staff on the bus. This helps us process everything smoothly and quickly.

2. Laos Visa Options for Your Border Run:

Getting a Laos visa is part of the border run process, and we’re here to make it as easy as possible. You have two options:

✅ Option 1: Get the Laos Visa in Advance:

We can help you apply the visa directly into your physical passport before the trip. This saves time because you won’t have to wait in line at the Laos border. To do this, you can drop off your passport at our office at least 2 days before the trip, OR Use our free passport pick-up service. We’ll collect your passport and give you a receipt for it.

✅ Option 2: Get the Laos Visa at the Border

If you can’t get the visa in advance, no problem! We’ll assist you with the process at the Laos border. We’re always there to help.

Just a heads-up: you’ll need to prepare a physical photo (any small size is okay) for the Laos visa.
If you don’t have one, that’s fine too! You can simply pay a 50,000 vnd instead of providing a photo. Laos immigration won’t take the photo for you—this fee just covers the missing photo.

Notice: If you’re from one of these countries, you don’t need a Laos visa: Russia, Japan, South Korea, Switzerland, Any ASEAN country. So, you don’t need to give us your passport in advance if you’re from these countries.
For Indian passport holders – you can only get a Laos visa on arrival. We’ll assist you at the border.

3. Entertainment while waiting for visa:

Bring something for entertainment! There will be some waiting time during visa processing at the border. To pass the time, we recommend bringing a book, downloaded movies, music, or even a musical instrument. These can help you pass the time pleasantly.

IV.  YOUR VISA RUN DAY – STEP BY STEP

We want your visa run to be easy and stress-free. Here’s what your day will look like:

  1. 6:00 AM – Light Breakfast at Lynn Visa Office

Come early and enjoy a small breakfast or snack before we leave. The food service closes 10 minutes before departure, so don’t be late if you want something to eat!

2. 7:00 AM – Departure Time

We’ll leave the Lynn Visa Office and head to the border. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to check in and get ready.

🚨 Important: If the bus fills up early, it may leave before 7:00 AM, so being early gives you a better chance of getting a good seat.

3. 8:30 AM – First Rest Stop

After about 1.5 hours on the road, we’ll stop at a gas station where you can use the restroom and grab a snack.

4. 10:15 AM – Supermarket Stop

We’ll stop again at a supermarket where you can buy drinks, snacks, or anything else you need. There are restrooms here too.

5. 12:00 PM – Lunch Break

We’ll eat at a local restaurant. The food is simple and tasty, and it costs around 30,000 VND. Make sure to bring cash (Vietnamese dong).

6. 12:30 PM – Arrive at Vietnam Border

At the border, our Lynn Visa team will help you with exit stamps and paperwork.

7. 1:30 PM – Entering Laos

After leaving Vietnam, we’ll enter Laos. This is where your visa will be processed. Don’t worry—our team will guide you through everything.

8. 3:00 – 4:00 PM – Return to Vietnam

Once your Laos visa is done, we’ll head back to Vietnam to complete visa approval and get your passport stamped.

9. 4:30 PM – Coffee Break at BUN Coffee

Before heading back to Da Nang, we’ll take a short break at BUN Coffee. You can relax, grab a drink, or stretch a bit.

10. Heading back

We’ll stop at the same places on the way back, but there won’t be a dinner stop. So, it’s a good idea to bring some extra snacks if you think you’ll get hungry.

11. 9:00 PM – Back in Da Nang

We should arrive back at the Lynn Visa Office around 9:00 PM. After a full day, you’ll have your new visa and be ready to relax!

V. DROP -OFF INFORMATION FOR RETURN TRIP

On the return journey, we will follow the same route and make the same stops as in the morning.

The main and final drop-off point is at the Lynn Visa office. For passengers returning to Hoi An, transit buses or cars will be arranged to take you back to your original departure points.

We may accommodate drop-off requests along the way, depending on safety conditions and other factors. One commonly requested stop is at the intersection of Ngu Hanh Son and Do Ba Street in Da Nang (Map link). Please note that this is not part of our official route and is offered only upon request.

If you choose to be dropped off at a non-standard location, please ensure that it is safe and you are able to reach your final destination.
